Teaching hours are usually one hour. Individual or group tuition times are arranged as per availability and request. A dedicated telephone number is available to answer any questions you may have.

From the beginning of our agreement, payments will be expected in advance. Any non-attendance or cancellation within less than 48 hours will result in loss of fee for that particular session. Any refunds for non-attendance at social events will not be honoured as the venues etc. must be paid for in advance.

The teaching venues are very accessible.  Any social event venue selected must comply with the law.

Tapas nights take approximately two hours, other events depend on the number of participants and the venue chosen. 

The answer is no. There is no formal assessment though self-assessment is encouraged, and progress monitoring is part of the teaching programme.  Any students undertaking recognized programmes of study will be assessed accordingly. 

Most definitely! Most participants have had little or no experience of speaking a foreign language. We provide a very open, warm, supportive and encouraging learning environment.

You will be accepted and welcomed. There will be no pressure whatsoever on you to speak in front of others. The facilitator will make this process comfortable therefore not an issue. Just enjoy!

It would be rare that there would be any changes, but you will be contacted in advance via your chosen method of communication, circumstances permitting, e.g. unexpected adverse weather conditions.
